Artistic and Athletic activities

  • There will be a minimum as well as maximum number of students in each group.  If an activity does not meet the minimum number required, it will be canceled, and students can sign up for another one.  No group will have more than 20 students.
  • The Red and Blue Huskies groups will be combined.
  • Students are expected to abide by the activities’ schedule found on the Athletic Fair (Feria Deportiva) web page.
  • Students are expected to wear activity-appropriate clothing. Please note that the dressing rooms cannot be used until further notice.
  • Students are expected to wear face masks at all times. We recommend that students carry an extra face mask in their backpacks.
  • All athletic and artistic equipment will be organized in accordance with physical distancing measures.

Campus activities

For those activities that need to be carried out on campus, students will be divided into two groups of 10 students, which will meet twice a week, in order to keep population density as low as possible.

Meals

  • We recommend that students bring prepared meals from home in order to avoid crowding in the cafeteria and vending machine areas.
  • For students participating in afternoon activities from 1:40 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., we recommend that parents send healthy food options that will cover their nutritional needs.  Microwaves will not be available, and students will eat their meals in the classroom or other designated areas.
  • Students participating in afternoon activities from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. will eat their meals in an area that abides by hygiene and physical distancing measures.  Students will be expected to wash their hands beforehand and staff will be on hand to monitor.
  • It is imperative that students come to school with sufficient amounts of water or other beverages given that the water fountains and water coolers will not be available until further notice.
  • The Junior High and High School cafeterias will offer box lunches in order to ensure delivery of student lunch orders. Parents can use the Check-Eat app in order to place cafeteria orders.

Our cafeterias abide by strict hygiene, food preparation, and delivery standards.  Furthermore, new procedures will speed up the food order and delivery processes.
